Family Portrait

So, here they are as a group before Clancy goes off to live at BF HQ..
(I might have to re-think their mouths when I create some more - they all look slightly sad when viewed as a group?! - except for Doris who still looks slightly bewildered... lol

They needed a pet...

So this little... erm.. thing for want a better name (!) started out as a trial looking at shapes for the top of the critters heads but it seemed a shame to waste what I'd made so please meet the critters' pet - I don't know whether to call it Spot ('cos of body pattern) or Bump ('cos of its eye).. I probably shouldn't call it anything!

Pixie

Poor Pixie... she started out as an experiment - I made her to test out the new slanted waist and crocheted hair... she turned out quite nicely considering... I wish I'd given her arms though....

Evie's Little Critter

I didn't give this little critter a name - it was made as a gift for our god-daughter so I thought it was up to her to name it...

I love the fabric she's made out of - Ikea Cath Kidson - gorgeous and am loving her hair! (in retrospect I wish I'd given her arms! I have a feeling she may be being carried around by her foot - poor thing!)

PAMM

This is PAMM - PaperArtsy Mini Mascot - he's another very well dressed little critter - and is also more well travelled than the others. He went to 'work' at PaperArtsy - he goes to all the shows with them. All of him is decorated with Paper Artsy images - I especially like his washing label arms! :o)

Fancy Clancy

This is Clancy, Mr FancyPants himself.... He's going to be going to live with Bev at Banana Frog soon...(but ssshhhh don't tell Bev - its a surprise! lol)

Tuesday 24 November 2009

This is going to be the home of my Little Critters. I thought I should give them their own blog because they're a bit different from the normal stamping and paper projects I create.

I used to call them Stuffies but PaperArtsy's Leandra called the one I gave her a little 'Critter' and it seems to suit them.. . so its stuck!
So here is the family album so far:

This is Doris - she's my first - I call her 'don't know Doris' because of the position of her arms - she's sort of saying 'I don't know?!' and has a slightly non-plussed look on her face! bless! lol

I'll introduce you to another little critter later this week.
